Growth control-more compact plants:
chlormequat chloride, 2.5 g/l. Spraying 5 weeks after final pinching. Application is repeating every 15 days until the desirable height is achieved.
daminozide, 2.5-3.5 g/l. Spraying 4-6 weeks after final pinching, when new growth has 2.5-5 cm height. It can accelerate

Begonia - Bougainvillea

Chemical Pruning: 
digegulak sodium, 600-1400 mg/l. Spraying when shoots have 6-8 cm length.

Compact size: 
paclobutrazol, 5-20 mg/l. Spraying when plants have 9-10 cm height.
cycocel: 500 mg/l spraying every 15 days.

Gardenia

Compact size, increased flower formation, greener leaf color:
daminozide, 4.5 g/l, spraying when plants have 2/3 of desire height.

Dianthus

Growth control:
cycocel: 2.5-3 g/l. Spraying every 10-15 days or drenching 2-4 times. Applying only when flower formation has started.

Euonymus

Chemical pruning for border: 
digegulak sodium, 2 g/l, spraying in spring. For plants more than 3 years old.

Hibiscus

Growth control - compact plants:
cycocel, 0.7-1.2 g/l. Spraying when lateral shoots have 3-4 cm length. Repeat every 2-3 weeks later.

Camellia

For flower initiation:
cycocel, 3 g/l. Drenching after the end of growing period. Good N-fertilization is needed. 

Geranium

Compact plants:
cycocel, 2.5 /l. Drenching after transplanting.
paclobutrazol, 20 mg/l. Spraying 4-6 weeks after planting. Internode length is reduced.

Bigger growth rate, better flowering:
gibberellic acid, 5 mg/l. Spraying when plants have 4-6 true leaves. 2 application with 7 days interval. For plants propagated by seed.
